1) What forms of payment does the Texas Steel Company Store accept?

The Texas Steel Company Store will not accept any major credit cards.   The Texas Steel Company Store is a points-based, internal rewards program only.

 

2) What shipping methods are available?

All orders will be shipped to the TSC™ - Headquarters located at 3101 Holmes Road, Houston, TX, weekly. 

 

3) How long will it take to get my order?

Orders placed before Thursday at 12:00 pm will be shipped to the TSC™ - Headquarters on the following Friday.  The TSC™ - Headquarters will distribute the orders to personnel the following week.

 

4) Can I make a change to my order?

Yes. Assuming your order has not already shipped, you can make changes by contacting customer service.

 

5) How do I return items?

Please contact your immediate supervisor, and they will make arrangements for the items to be returned to the TSC™ - Headquarters.

 

6) What if I need something that's not currently for sale on the Texas Steel Company Store website?

If there is an item you are interested in purchasing that is not found on the Texas Steel Company Store site, reach out to your immediate supervisor, and they can contact My Corporate Expressions dedicated Program Manager.

 

7) Can I expedite shipping?

Not at this time.
